Sweaters are a must have during the colder months and this season, they are a star. A sweater used to be something I would wear on a lazy day, on weekends, or even when I am just staying at home because they are comfortable, cozy, and keep you warm on a cold winter day. Moreover, sweaters are usually plain and boring. This season, designers have turned them into a high fashion piece and have styled them in ways I didn’t even think would go well; they are stylish and fun.

Start layering and wear your comfy and cozy sweater with a button up shirt underneath; this will give it a classy and sophisticated look. When layering, you can also change your style by pairing this look with different textures such as leather, animal print, or denim; and pair them with booties, or high heels. Just have fun mix and matching and remember to stay comfortable with your outfit.

You can also pair your sweatshirts with skirts; this is in trend for this season and it is something new to the eye. You can mix and match them with any kind of skirts; different lengths, textures and colors, as well as different cuts. My personal favorite is to wear my sweaters with a mini flared skirt.
